From the moment you walk through the front door, the experience is positive. The office even smells inviting, which immediately sets the tone. I was greeted right away by a lovely woman named Aliyah, who checked me in with the biggest, warmest smile. Mrs. Kristin was also incredibly pleasant and welcoming.

When I went back for X-rays, I was helped by another kind young lady who was just as friendly and smiling. Every single person I encountered made me feel comfortable and at ease.

Dr. Donald Balhoff was wonderful—so gentle, patient, and easy to talk to. He explained everything in great detail, not only answering all my questions but also educating me on things I hadn’t even thought to ask. I truly appreciated how thorough he was.

Then I met Kacie, who went over the financial side and different options for straightening my teeth. She was incredibly helpful in getting my monthly payments to a place that worked for me. It’s clear that she and Dr. Balhoff genuinely care and are willing to work with you to make treatment affordable. They truly understand how challenging finances can be.
