Today was our first visit ever to the office. Me and my family were welcomed into their office and by their personnel like we were a life long patient. The staff wqs amazing and so was doc. We were so comfortable with them for a first time visit that i allowed my son to go to the back by himself and never had a sexond thought about it. I will highly recommend them to anyone.
We were a little apprehensive about starting orthodontic treatment on our 7 year old, but every single member of the staff at Balhoff is kind, caring and helped us feel completely comfortable. They have a fun atmosphere and Ms. Bella and Ms. Kyla go above and beyond to ensure our little girl has great visits. The treatment plan was explained in great detail, and they included our daughter throughout the entire process. Dr. Balhoff is brilliant and has a calm, caring demeanor.
This is a fantastic place to go for all your orthodontist needs. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable. Also, they're kid friendly which is a plus for anyone with kids.
This is the best orthodontist I’ve ever been to. They are helping me a lot with my teeth which is something that the other orthodontist I’ve been to haven’t done.
